Here’s the thing. We’re not exactly sure if or what the Om Disc does. When we found THE MACHINE for sale at a garage sale in Varysburg, NY, it came with a folder of hand written pages marked “Instructions.” We have scanned the pages and are posting them here in the hopes that they may help you use the disc.
